Privacy Policy

Intership understands that protecting your personal information is very important. Visitors and members of our site will be protected through our privacy and security policy under strict standards. We have created this policy for you (the user) to acknowledge that you are consenting Intership to collect, use, disclose, and manage your personal information. The following policy will highlight what information is gathered from our site, and how that information is used.

What information we will collect:

If you are browsing our website, and you are not registered to Intership, you are not required to reveal your personal information and we will not collect any information from. In order to utilize Intership’s services, you are required to register and supply your personal information (allowing us to identify you). Once you register, we will collect information automatically from your computer while you browse our sites. We may collect personal information provided by you, as well as additional info from other Intership businesses, business partners, and from other third party vendors. All information you provide will be treated in a confidential manner. Information we will collect includes:

Personal Information (such as Name, Address, Telephone Number, E-Mail, etc.)

Your personal information is only used to allow Intership (and our suppliers) to provide the best service for you. For example: to create, maintain and/or edit (with the user’s permission) your Intership account; processing your orders for receiving, storing, handling, and shipping of your packages; and to communicate with you. Our web servers will automatically log your computer system information and IP address (your computer’s individual identification on the Internet).

Credit Card information

We do not store any credit card information. For customers in most countries, credit card information is taken and processed on our behalf by the secure servers of First Data, a Global payment processing company certified by the major credit card companies. Through First Data, we fully support the 3D secure authentication mechanism (referred to by the major credit card companies as ‘Verified by Visa’ or ‘MasterCard SecureCode’). First Data may need to transfer some information outside the EU area for the purposes of credit card validation and authentication.

Shipment Information

Information about a package’s contents and destination is required for authorities to process duty and taxes, and to securely screen, export, and import the package. This information may include your name, delivery address, description of the goods, their value, the number of pieces, and the weight of the package. Law and regulations applicable in the countries from where and to where packages are transported require this information.

Password Security

In order to prevent other people from accessing your information, you should keep your password confidential and secure. Also, be sure to sign off from your web session if you are using a shared computer or mobile device. You can change your password by accessing the ‘My Account’ page, and we recommend that you change it periodically. We will never send you an email asking for your password or personal information

Your Email Address

We use your e-mail address to communicate with you about your orders (e.g., receipt of packages at your Suite address, questions about the products you have ordered or their value, obtaining your shipping instructions, confirming your orders, reminders about our storage services, and/or advising you when your package has shipped). Upon your reauest, we will also send you information about our products and services. When you create a Intership account, we ask you if you would like to subscribe to our e-mail newsletter and/or blog. We will only send you the newsletter if you check ‘yes’, and you may opt out of your newsletter or blog subscription at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of the e-mail. Occasionally, we may communicate with you by e-mail asking you to participate in a customer survey. If you signed up using social media, or linked your social media handles to your account, we may also communicate with you via these social networks.


Cookies are small bits of information stored on your own computer and are used to enhance your interactive experience on Intership.com. Cookies allow us to personalize and enhance your experience by retaining the state of your web session. By registering with and using Intership’s services, you consent to our use of cookies. All computers have the capability to decline cookies. Should you choose to remove, control, manage or block cookies on your machine, follow the instructions in your web browser’s ‘Help’ menu. However, if you block or remove cookies, it may adversely affect your interaction with our website.

Web Beacons

A web beacon is an electronic image, used to recognize a cookie on your computer when you view a web page or e-mail. We may use web beacons on our site and/or in our e-mails. Web beacons help us measure the effectiveness of our site in various ways (for example: collecting statistics on the number of individuals who visit our site). The information we collect via the web beacons may include some limited personal information, which will allow us to recognize users by accessing cookies. We may also combine the information that we collect through web beacons with other personal information we have collected from you. We use all of this information to personalize and provide a better experience on our website. By using our website, and our services, you consent to these uses of web beacons.

You have the right to update or correct your personal details at any time by accessing the ‘My Account’ section after you login. You can request us to remove your personal information by terminating your account or contacting Customer Service. However, please note that we may need to keep some personal data in order to process orders already en route and/or to comply with our service obligations. Also, you may request a copy of any personal information we hold about you.

Anti-Spam Policy

Intership does not tolerate spam. We will not send emails to anyone without permission, and we will not sell or rent email addresses to any unauthorized third party. This does not mean that we can prevent spam from happening on the Internet. If you believe that you have received an unsolicited email from our services, please contact info@Intership.com and we will investigate any discrepancies.


Intership takes the appropriate electrical, physical, and other steps to help secure personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, and/or disclosure. The information you provide us is stored on secure database servers, and any page that displays your personal data is password-protected. Intership will never ask you for your password and/or personal information in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited e-mail.

Changes to our Privacy Policy

We may occasionally update our Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices and services. If the changes we make alter the way we collect, use, or share your personal information, we will notify you via email to the most recent email address you provided us and/or prominently post notice of the changes to our website, blog, and a link in all forms of social media.
